CARE
All of our PROMEES merchandise should be hand washed in warm water in a mild soap solution. Do not put in washing machine and dryer, do not bleach and do not iron.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship all merchandise via USPS. Please allow 1-2 days for merchandise to be carefully packed and shipped. Standard first class domestic shipping is $4.00 (5-7 days), domestic priority shipping is $6.50 (2-3 days) and EXPRESS OVERNIGHT shipping is $30.00.
The shop processes orders across United States and Canada. Standard international shipping is $15.00 (7-14 days). Please note that for orders shipped outside the United States customer must be aware of Customs fess such as taxes and duties when merchandise arrives. Customs fess are not included in shipping charges . Please check with your local Customs Office for more information on these fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges. If you have any questions about international shipping please contact us before ordering.
PROMEES RETURN POLICY
It is very important to us that you happy with your purchase. All items are exchangeable/refundable within 14 days of your purchase. If of any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please send your item back to us along with your receipt and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that wewill not accept worn, washed or damaged merchandise due to improper use. If there is a special circumstance, please contact us. Tracking number from your shipment is recommended as you are responsible for your shipment until we receive it. Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE
If something of your interest is out of stock, please contact us and we will notify you when we will have the item back.
